What will this preparation solve? To make birth as simple as possible.
2️⃣ You will understand how the mind works, how it affects our body and show you all the relaxation techniques needed for childbirth, including optimal breathing that helps to shorten birth to relax at any moment even if something unexpected happens. Optimal position and allowed the uterus to prepare properly, which leads to more smooth birth. We will also talk about how to build birth wishes and choose a place for the child's birth so that you can feel safe throughout the childbirth and help the baby to stay safe.
