About event

In order to be able to ride the waves of our life better and with more ease, we need to go back to sensing our body, listening to its wisdom and making friends with our own nervous system. The inner critic learns to rest, relax the body and mind, and thanks to this we can return to our center and personal balance.

You can look forward to a pleasant time of rest to nourish yourself and connect to your resources , the wisdom of the body and a return to the healthy in us

During the winter time, which inspires us to snuggle up, the seminar is led by Dagmar Volfová

Thanks to the unique practice of the fluid body and somatic a very gentle yoga practice you nourish the body in depth on all its levels.

We nourish (not only) the nervous system through the Continuum movement, which awakens the so-called fluid body ~ this is very beneficial and healing because we have water in our body in every cell of ours. The effect of this practice extends to our whole body and mind.

We return to our center, the center line, the pulsation of life in the spine and the whole body. Life in us. A return to the art of perceiving the present here and now and the knowledge that we are all right here on Earth.

You will also enjoy a special healing sequence of sounds and gentle movement - we will go with attention from the peripheral parts of our body to the Center. We will return consciousness to the bones and joints, nourish the spine and also the deep psoas lumbar muscle - all in peace and gentleness.

Through sound and gentle movement, we will dissolve old freezes in the body and learn to listen to ourselves better again< br/>
Emilie Conrad, who is often referred to as a somatic visionary, developed the Continuum movement practice for 50 years. I set out to study it 7 years ago in depth at the Somatische Akademie Berlin. Continuum greatly enriched and changed my approach to Yoga, which came to me many years earlier, it is almost 20 years. I owe many healings to Continua. Including dissolving old traumatic issues.

Further enrichment came thanks to the Polyvagal Theory of Dr. Porgese, whose practical use in connection with Continue in the release of the so-called you can also experience the vagus nerve, experience it and release what can already leave.

This practice is gentle, leads us back to ourselves and does not require any great physical effort, on the contrary, it awakens natural movement and the ability to regenerate.< br/>
Even the mind will finally be able to rest from all this.

The term self-regulation is used in somatic practices. It's not about suppressing our emotions or about being cool all the time. It means we can go home. This means that we are able to perceive our body, our feelings, and even if we experience something that throws us off balance and possibly even a moment when we jump on and ride the emotional roller coaster, we can also get off it and come back to ourselves. It's about learning to perceive ourselves, not to put pressure on ourselves and to understand how our nervous system works. The use of Dr Porges' polyvagal theory in practice is also very useful for this. This is how I now enrich every somatic seminar.

In this workshop we will immerse ourselves in the subtle but very effective practice of the synergy of relaxing and conscious yoga in connection with Continuum movement (the practice of the fluid body), which has deeply relaxing effects on the whole body. And maybe you will experience what it is like when a feeling of contentment or a beneficial state of meditation comes through deep relaxation, which is actually a relaxation and expansion of our mind. But it is not an escape somewhere outside, from the body. It is a state of subtle expansion of consciousness now and here in our body, on earth, where we can accept ourselves and our life as it is. We feel complete, whole.

In order to live a more satisfied life, we need to return to the perception of our own body. In this practice, through sound and gentle movement, we will dissolve old freezes in the body - places where we have stored something, where we have disconnected from ourselves, reawakening the healthy in us ... and learning to listen to ourselves better.
< br/>Our body is wise, it knows what it needs and even has a hidden potential for self-healing.
Let's go with its wisdom again connect.

And what are the experiences of the participants from past events?

"Dear Dagmar, your courses are a balm for body and soul.
The liquid flows through the sore spots and dissolves them beautifully. THANKS"
~Lucie

"Continuum Movement helps me discover myself and gives me the opportunity to feel myself more. I often just flowed with my body, and then she felt more at ease, mentally and physically, just more at ease:) The more I relax, the more I realize how withdrawn I was and that I didn't really feel at all excited.
Thank you very much for your Kindness and Loving Approach."
~Jitka

"I wanted to thank you once again for the great seminars, which you lead. It is truly a masterful import of tantra to the Czech Republic. It's incredibly gentle and very quickly the techniques expand awareness, open hidden contents, purify and fade long after the seminar."
~Petr

"It was beautifully. I'm discovering new worlds and I like that."
~Ivana

"I wanted to thank you very much, it was great to get back together and meet myself with you.
Thanks!"
~Petra

"Dáši, thank you very much for the beautiful lesson, I feel reborn and full of strength."
~Bára
