Libor Dušek is an economist, working at the Faculty of Law of Charles University as a associate professor of the Department of Economics and Empirical Legal Studies. He specializes in economic analysis of law and crime, economics of urbanism and tax policy. He completed his master's degree in economics at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University and doctoral at the University of Chicago. Previously, he worked at the CERGE-EI academic workplace and the Department of Institutional Economics of the University of Economics. Since 2022 he has been a member of the National Economic Council of the Government.
