👉 The conference in three thematic panels will focus on key areas that shape the lives of young people today - not only on challenges, but also on the opportunities that the present time brings. The first panel opens the topic of work and the future, both in terms of uncertainty and pressures associated with the work market, and in terms of new working models, changing expectations and values that young people bring to the working environment. The second panel will focus on housing as a fundamental condition of independence, and in addition to the problems associated with availability, it will also offer space for sharing innovative solutions and good practice. The third, final panel gives the voice to young people who, despite various disadvantages, actively engage in public affairs, and show what motivates them, what barriers they overcome, and how society can better support various forms of civic engagement. The conference will offer space for open dialogue among young people, experts, representatives of institutions and public administration.
