About event
One Market. One drink. Seven days.
Negroni is an iconic Italian cocktail famous for its unmistakable bittersweet taste. For seven days in September, bars and businesses across the area of the Holešovice Market will be united by a common challenge - to present this classic drink in your own way 🍊
Go to Negroni Week from September 21 to 27 and find out how one cocktail can change in the hands of different bartenders and in different businesses.
Invite your friends and go on a market tour de bar. Taste, compare, and maybe you'll discover your new favorite Negroni right here.
🍸 Your market tour de bar starts here:
• Burza #4
• Mezcalita Bar (Food Truck Point)
• Bistro Kubar (Hall 11)
• Bar78 by Bublina (Jatka78)
• SKÔ
📅 When: 21.-27. 9. 2026
📍 Where: Holešovická tržnice
