When you are fifteen years old, you have a double in gym, thick glasses and a very strong resistance to winter... the last thing you want is to climb somewhere on an eight-thousander and without oxygen support. But when you fall in love with the mountains, with photography, and on top of that, you meet a certain Grass, which has been frolicking on those Himalayan peaks since time immemorial, it's only a matter of time before you go up there too, with a backpack on your back armed with photo equipment. This is exactly what happened to Petr Jan Juraček from the Faculty of Natural Sciences of the Charles University, who left the world of crustaceans and natural science four times in a row to go alongside Jan Tráva Trávníček first to what is probably the most beautiful mountain on the planet, Ama Dablam, and then twice to the eighth highest mountain on the planet , eight thousand Manásla and finally on a photographic expedition in the kingdom of Langtang. In addition to a lot of fun, they both experienced many hardships and crisis situations there, which, however, could not overcome their enthusiasm and love for the mountains, which they captured together in unique photographs. Their joint narrative will certainly not be a factual travelogue, but rather a very colorful multimedia show accompanied by raucous interjections. You can also look forward to the photo book of the same name and a projection of the entire footage (40 min.) of the new film from the workshop of the auteur duo Czech Vibes, which will introduce you to the story in such a way that you will feel as if you were alone in an avalanche.
