Nenechme hry zemřít: jak společně zachraňovat interaktivní kulturní dědictví

Digital games - commercial, independent, educational, student but also unfinished - are cultural heritage. Pixelarchiv.cz is a project of the National Film Archive that is looking for ways to save and archive Czechoslovak and Czech titles for a long time. But the games are not enough to write in the catalog and build on the depository shelf. They need to be maintained by playable and their historical trace in the memory institution must capture a wide range of documents, media or software that arise in the development, promotion and gaming and capture all past and contemporary game lives (so -called paratxts). Managed debates with developers will try to find methods suitable for participating game archiving.
