NEON stands for “No Exploitation Of Non-humans” and is an abolitionist form of action under the umbrella of @rechtlautvegan. We are a coalition of radical animal rights and vegan activists fighting for the complete abolition of all animal exploitation - whether for food, clothing, research, entertainment, pet breeding or other purposes - and for the introduction of animal rights.
Each sign shows a representative of a species exploited by humans and makes their reality visible. Even under supposedly “best conditions”, exploitation remains wrong and that is exactly what we make unmistakably clear:
Piglet in the breeding facility, exploited for its body
Budgie in the shop window, traded as a pet
Cow at the butcher, killed for its meat
Monkey in the zoo, locked up for entertainment
Pug dog at the doctor, bred in torture as a pet
Lamb halal slaughtered, stabbed for its meat
Mouse in the laboratory, exploited for animal testing
Horse in harness, broken for entertainment
Lobster in the kitchen, overcooked for its body
Cat from the breeder, exploited for the pet trade
Rabbit in the slaughterhouse, stabbed for clothing
Turkey being loaded into a transporter, exploited for its meat
Honey bee numbered, exploited for its honey
Deer in the forest, shot for its meat
