Somatic Rituals is a 2-hour immersive journey into the body’s innate wisdom, weaving together the healing arts of Somatic Dance Therapy, Neurogenic Tremoring, and Zenthai Shiatsu.

We begin with intuitive movement and somatic dance, awakening the body’s felt sense, releasing tension, and reconnecting to authentic expression. As the nervous system softens, we invite neurogenic tremors—a natural, involuntary shaking response—to discharge deep-held stress and trauma, allowing the body to reset and regulate.

The ritual culminates in a grounding Zenthai Shiatsu massage, integrating the experience through touch, breath, and energy alignment. Working through the fascia, meridians, and structural imbalances, this hands-on therapy brings the body-mind into a state of deep rest and restoration.
