Impartiality and authority of the judiciary - who and how should react to the statements of judges and statements addressed to judges in public space?

Discussion will focus on three main areas:

➡️ What are the limits for a judge's freedom of speech?
➡️ What are the limits of freedom of speech towards courts and judges?
➡️ Who and how should react to these statements?

They will discuss:

Lucia Berdisová – university teacher at Trnavská university, former member of the Judicial Council of the Slovak Republic
Attila Vincze – university teacher and judicial expert
Samuel Spáč – researcher, judicial expert (Comenský University, Masaryk University)
