My passion in life is learning new things. I love to throw myself into an area I know absolutely nothing about and let my consciousness soak it up like a hungry sponge and then distill principles and connections from it. I first studied physics for fun, then genomics and worked in a neuroscience laboratory in Canada. It was only a step from neuroscience to psychology and psychotherapy. For several years, I devoted myself to internet marketing and then for over ten years building the market for quality chocolate in the Czech Republic, chocolate tastings and running the cokobanka.cz e-shop. I sold the company last year and freed up space for further exploration of new things. One of the areas that I enjoy and fulfill for a long time is connecting people and their projects. And that naturally resulted in the desire to get involved in Networking Creators.
Markéta Černocká 👒
I was originally a teacher of children in primary schools, later a freelance teacher of adults. I tried various alternatives in pedagogy and long-term volunteer organization of various events, camps and expeditions. For the past 16 years, I have been conducting monthly family constellation seminars, receiving clients at home, and creating very diverse experiential events and journeys with people with camping in nature - on foot, on bikes and on boats - with sleeping outside, cooking on fire and program. In addition, once a year I lead a large camp for families with children, and sometimes I accompany people abroad, especially in Nepal and Israel. In all my praminky.cz activities, I naturally get to know and connect people with each other. Creator Networking is one of the results.

WHAT IS NETWORKING? 🎯
Networking is about creating relationships between people, mutual exchange of information and weaving a network of personal and professional contacts. The Czech synonym for the term networking is netting. Good relationships have always been the basis of good business. People like to do business with people they know personally.
What do networkers get? Mutual personal referrals, advice, information, support and energy, facilitating career growth, success and well-being for all involved. Networking is carried out in networks both physically and virtually. Individuals belonging to a social network have an advantage - the so-called social capital - mutual contacts and support.
The larger the network of social contacts a person has, the greater the probability that someone from his network will help him when he is looking for new clients or jobs, useful contacts, or advice and help. Cooperation is not binding, it works on the basis of personal ties. Networking is closely related to trust. Trust can come from good personal or joint work experience, from a person's abilities and competences, or from his good reputation and recommendations from others.
In the Czech Republic, networking is a relatively young discipline, thanks to which small entrepreneurs help each other in finding new opportunities and closing contracts. Nowadays, it becomes a key tool for smaller entrepreneurs to reach and acquire new customers and clients.
