The magical cinema is back: On September 25, 2025, the long-awaited fourth part of the success series will come to the cinemas.
Playing with: Emilia Maier, Loris Sichrovsky, Tomomi Themann, Thilo Fridolin Matthes, Purnima Grätz, Emilia Pieske, Luis Vorbach, Leonard Conrads, Philip Müller, Christina Große, Justus von Dohnányi, Heiko Pinkowski, Marleen Lohse, Milan Peschel, Meltem Kapan.
With the votes of: Annett Louisan, Daniel Zillmann, Felix Kramer, Ralf Schmitz, Katharina Thalbach, Max von der Groeben, Rick Kavanian, Sophie Rois.
Miriam (Tomomi Themann) lives with her friend Ida (Emilia Maier) for a few months and goes to the Winterstein School with her during this time. She knows nothing about the magical community. But right on her first day of school, Mr. Morrison (Milan Peschel) hands over two new magical animals: Max (Thilo Fridolin Matthes) receives the owl Muriel (voice: Annett Louisan) and Miriam's greatest astonishment she gets the energetic Koboldmaki Fitzgeraldo (voice: Daniel Zillmann).
Muriel quickly realizes that Max may feel more for his best friend Leonie (Purnima Grätz) than he thinks. Miriam entrusts Fitzgeraldo that she was the outsider at her old school. Then Ida finds out by chance that the Winterstein School should be closed. In the upcoming school challenge, Ida and her class recognize their last chance to save school and thus the magical community.
Miriam learns that her actual school with her former classmate Torben (Philip Müller) also takes part in the competition with her former classmate. Miriam gets under pressure from her old class between the fronts. Can the Winterstein School win the school challenge? And can the class prevent school closure?
The predecessor films delighted a total of over 8.5 million cinema viewers, were the most successful German films of the year in 2021, 2022 and 2024 and each won the German Film Award for the most visitor film. Part 3 has been the first film since 2019 with the "golden canvas" for more than 3 million cinema seeers and the coveted "Bogey". Now part 4 continues the popular film series with a threatening school closure, a large school challenge and two new magical animals. href = "www.kino-inTimes.de/familie"> www.kino-inTimes.de/familie
