Welcome to December. You were allowed to open your first door today, if that hasn't happened yet, here's the reminder.

Our next group meeting door takes us to the Schlossplatz in Mitte. This is where the Humboldt Forum or also affectionately known as the “New Berlin City Palace” is located. There is a really nice Christmas market there that would like to call itself the winter market. In the romantic baroque ambience of the Schlüterhof you can sip mulled wine and eat things that you wouldn't otherwise buy.

We meet at the subway exit directly at the castle. When you come up, you'll be right in the market. If you don't see a market, then you are wrong. No smell of mulled wine, no meeting. Easy to remember.

It starts at 7:00 p.m. We wait 15 minutes and then walk around the market. Together as much as possible. At the end we will stop at the left or right mulled wine stand at the back of the Schlüterhof.

Look out for the glowing Santa hat.
