Neujahr Check-In Selbsterkundungs-Workshop Berlin

## **New Year's Check-In - A systemic constellation workshop for courage, direction and inner preparation**

Where does the perseverance to really pursue a goal come from?
Why do we sometimes give up along the way - and what holds us back?
Often it is less a question of intention than a question of inner attitude and the resources that support us.
In this workshop we explore what helps us see clearly at the beginning of the year:
What do I need? What can or should I let go of? What inner strength will carry me through the new year?
The workshop offers space for reflection, exchange and exploration in a supportive group of people interested in similar questions.
With gentle exercises and short systemic constellations, we open up new perspectives - for more clarity and a harmonious direction into the new year.
