About event
💡Did you know we meet right next door to two great playgrounds?
Our group gathers at Leaven Community, which is ideally located at the intersection of Killingsworth and 20th Ave. Vernon Elementary is directly across 20th Ave. (a typically quiet neighborhood street) and Alberta Park is directly across Killingsworth with a lighted crosswalk. This location makes it quick and safe to get a group of kids to and from the playgrounds.
We love this arrangement because we can enjoy the playgrounds on sunny days and still have fun indoors on rainy days! Or enjoy a little of both indoors and outdoors!
The flexibility is great for neurodivergent families. 😊
Come check us out!
