About event
Join us for Covid-cautious fun, rain or shine!
We are a group of neurodivergent families who gather weekly to develop social skills and community through play. Our community includes many people who are medically vulnerable, and we practice Covid-cautiousness in order to protect everyone. We have a large indoor space full of toys, art supplies, games, and pillows for self-directed fun. And we’re ideally positioned across the street from Alberta Park & Vernon Elementary’s playground for outdoor play when the weather allows.
We follow these guidelines to prevent infectious disease:
*mandatory masking (N-95/KN-95) We have masks to share!
*stay home when sick, possibly sick, or have had recent contact with someone who is sick
*test for Covid when you have a fever; notify contacts if you test positive
*stay home if you have a fever until it is gone for 24+ hours without fever-reducing medicine
*keep vaccines up-to-date (We do not require you to share your vaccine status. But we ask you please remember that some of our members are immunocompromised or too young to vaccinate.)
We hope you can join us!
