About event
Neurodivergence: recognizing needs & Regulation in everyday life
Neurodivergence is not only evident in thinking, but often in concrete terms in everyday life: in processing stimuli, excessive demands, withdrawal, stress, communication and the desire for more stability. Recognizing needs early and finding appropriate ways to regulate them is an important step towards greater understanding, self-efficacy and relief.
This event is about not only looking at neurodivergence theoretically, but also better classifying it in everyday life:
- How do needs manifest themselves in neurodivergent people?
- How do I recognize excessive demands, stimulation stress or the need for regulation?
- Which strategies help in everyday life to improve at to stay?
- How can I design my environment, relationships and work so that regulation becomes easier?
I share personal insights from my everyday life as a neurodivergent entrepreneur with high sensitivity, giftedness, ADHD and AuDHD. The evening is complemented by practical impulses, understandable classifications and concrete examples that help you better understand typical everyday situations and develop new options for action.
This is what awaits you:
- Introduction to needs and regulation in neurodivergence
- Perception of stress, sensory overload and overwhelm
- Everyday examples and personal insights
- First Impulses for self-regulation and relief
- Exchange and questions in a protected environment
Who is the event suitable for?
- People with neurodivergence
- Relatives, parents and families
- Experts from consulting, coaching, education and companies
- Everyone who better understands neurodivergence in everyday life would like to
Procedure:
- Introduction to the topic: recognizing needs
- Personal examples and practical classification
- Regulation in everyday life: what can help
- Open question and answer session and exchange

Afterwards there is also the opportunity to read my books with a dedication as well as selected products to discover, including “Your real estate appraiser to GO!”, “Your feel-good home”, sensitive clothing such as hoodies for highly sensitive people as well as postcards and stickers.
This event is part of a 7-part workshop series all about neurodivergence - from the basics to communication and self-regulation to practical tools for the Everyday life.
