Module 1 - Leadership begins within

New Leadership, Growth Mindset & Growth Culture, Psychological Security, Empowerment

We set the framework: What means modern leadership – beyond control, ego and position? You clarify your attitude, understand the psychological foundations of trust and self-leadership and develop a new view of effectiveness.

Module 2 - Leading in relationships

Feedback, coaching, conflicts

You deepen your ability to lead on an equal level. How do you manage to communicate openly and clearly – even when things get difficult? And how can you strengthen others without exhausting yourself?

Module 3 – Leading with Impact

Decision & Delegating, Leading Change, Storytelling

You create spaces for change – with clarity, courage and persuasiveness. We work on decision-making processes, ownership and how you communicate meaning instead of just setting goals.

➕ Online integration

Between the modules: three online sessions of 3 hours each for reflection, application and transfer into everyday management. So that learning is not just touching, but has an impact.
