His production for 𝐀𝐫𝐜𝐮 on her KiCk album series (underground hits "Prada/Rakata" and "KLK" feat. 𝐑𝐨𝐬𝐥𝐢́__) brought him to wider awareness. Since then, he has released an excellent EP Lágrimas on 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬 𝐑𝐨𝐦𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐨 (legendary label 𝐇𝐉 Florénthica🐶) and collaborated with 𝐒𝐒𝐃𝐨𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐋𝐒𝐃𝐗𝐎𝐗𝐎, 𝐂𝐓𝐒𝐒, 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐭𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐭𝐨𝐭.

He started his musical journey in the early Y2Ks under the name Cardopusher. The hardcore, breakcore and rave scene gave him a no bs, no compromise attitude.
In the Safety Trance project, he focuses on the pulsating rhythms, strong bass and energetic dembow beats he listened to growing up in Caracas. Classic beat - fundamental element of reggaeton - it burns with acid, 𝐁𝐁𝐌, hardcore 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐡𝐧𝐚.

Safety Trance connects the dirtier shades of the genre that has its roots in Jamaican dancehall through 𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲́ 𝐯𝐮𝐤𝐨𝐯𝐲́ 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐾𝐧 like a scientist holding a test tube with the thought: finally a raw fckd-up reggaeton that is also extremely booty shake - inducing.

While Puerto Rico is generally considered the place of origin of reggaeton, Caracas played a role in its development, especially through the underground scene in the 90s and early 90s. Both ecosystems contributed to making reggaeton a pan-Latin phenomenon. Safety Trance is co-responsible for its innovation in the context of the experimental scene.

𝐃𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐙𝐀𝐊𝐎 is part of a new wave of local fresh talent. Her production includes heavy percussive echoes of Latin America and intense bass frequencies.
His selection is based on traditional but also post-club forms of music from Latin America and Africa. Through this spectrum, it reflects the Central European Gen-Z identity. All this hyperbolized with bizarre props, tools or DIY edits. Current coordinates: bubblin, guaracha and changa-tuki, another electrifying phenomenon that originates in Caracas.

Artist, curator, improviser and technologist 𝐌__𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐇𝐮𝐫𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐡𝐡𝐮𝐮𝐫𝐲𝐜𝐡𝐡𝐧 but he spent the last few months in A4 as part of the Visegrad Artist Residency Program, where he was preparing a new project. His work moves between sound art and architecture, while it is based on reflections on the character of specific locations. His works show sensitive humor and occasional exaggeration, at the same time reacting to social issues through critical reflection.
In his current project, he uses generative sequencing and recursive sound processing from sampled sounds, creating an unstable sound ecosystem of liminal textures, variable rhythms and industrial sound surfaces and loops. As a curator, he collaborates with artists of various genres, from music to sound to visual art. He is the co-founder and artistic director of the Přespolní association, which has been organizing cultural programs in the Czech countryside since 2017. At the same time, he works as a dramaturg of the Bučení festival of experimental electronic music (since 2018).

Martin Hurych's concert is organized by A4 with the support of the International Vyšehrad Fund.
