About event
Oliver Kalkofe presents "Never used to be more beautiful than now" - the German premiere on November 1st in the large broadcasting hall of the rbb
A boomer looks back to the future: The boomer boy Oliver Kalkofe on the trail of his time. "We didn't have anything, but we had a lot more of it. It was actually a wonderful time."
Is that really true? Or have our gracious brains simply deleted a few unpleasant details from the memory album called “The Good Old Days” from the mental hard drive? Like, for example, the physically noticeable boredom or Mettigel as a pet and only two television programs with deadlines. Personal and funny: a satirical parody with heart. Kalkofe analyzes the supposedly golden boomer times with proven drastic comedy and sophisticated verbal art. In his new book he opens his boomer heart and personal photo albums, taking us on a journey back in time to his own youth.
