New music for viola and organ

Three Dutch composers are featured in the rarely heard combination of organ and viola. Composer Hans Tolhuijs, who feels at home in almost all genres in his career as a musician, wrote a suite for organ and viola: Water, Earth, Air and Fire. You will hear this brand new suite alongside the fantasy pieces of organist-composer Margreet Chr. de Jong. Two works from the second half of the 20th century by 'classical' composer Badings are on the program.
