Nina Kohout + Vojtik

In her music, Nina Kohout combines the mysterious shades of old Slovak folklore, serious music and the freshness of dark electronics. With his sound narrative, he pushes the boundaries of musical obedience and conducts a constant conversation between invasive horror and fragile purity.

Vojtech Klinec, a.k.a. Vojtik is a versatile artist from a small central Slovak town. "In his work, Vojtik, with admirable emotional maturity, is able to name topics that seem to come from excluded communities, but are actually aimed at the majority society with its complexes, low self-esteem, tendencies to discrimination, with recourse to dictator-type leaders."
