Like every year, this year too we will all meet at the summer training camp of Japanese traditional martial arts NINJUTSU and BUJUTSU, which is organized by our dōjō.

THIS YEAR WE WILL BE IN PRAGUE!
DUE TO THIS SITUATION WE WILL BE PREPARING A UNIQUE ACCOMPANYING PROGRAM FOR THE BIGGEST TRAINING EVENTS OF OUR DŌJŌ IN THE CALENDAR YEAR!

The keiko of this year's gasshuku will be participated by:
- Pavel Slavík, dai-shihan
- Ľudovít Plata, 10th dan, shihan
- Dan Kadera, 7th dan
- Lucie Svobodová, 5th dan
- Jan Svoboda, 5th dan dan
- Štefan Dojčán, 5th dan
- Miklos Csémy, 4th Dan

Definitely do not miss this course!!!

We invite you to the traditional weekly training camp of the Japanese martial arts NINJUTSU 忍術 and BUJUTSU 武術, which is regularly organized by our dōjō.

The main theme of this camp will be "echoes of this year's study trips to Japan". We will try to focus on all the news and techniques that we had the opportunity to study under Japanese teachers. We will also definitely prepare a presentation (photos and videos) of this year's trip so you can have a peek at how it worked during our trip.
In addition, the main content of the training will be long weapons rokushakubōjutsu 六尺棒術, sōjutsu 槍術, also tōjutsu 刀術 and shurikenjutsu 手裏剣術. The training sessions will take place as much as possible in natural conditions. Ideally, we will go outside the shipyard area in the morning and return sometime in the afternoon. We will cover special areas of training that are not normally covered in a dōjō. During the training camp, exams for technical degrees will also take place.

Thanks to the fact that we will be in Prague, we will once again use it to prepare an accompanying program connected with various areas of Japanese culture!

Accompanied program:
- creation of traditional Japanese bookbinding (Petra Vításková)
- lecture on the Japanese spear (Tomáš Suk)
- role of a guest in a traditional tea ceremony (Zdeněk Suský)
- samurai and bushidō lecture (Roman Kodet)
- zazen (Petr Žemla)
- what to eat in nature and what to avoid (Honza Jirka)
- introduction to Japanese shiatsu massage
- we are discussing another program

Duration:
Beginning: Saturday 27 June at 2:00 p.m.
Ending: Saturday 4 July at 2:00 p.m.

Place:
CZVUT Shipyard, Strakonická 49/60, Prague 5 – Malá Chuchle.

Housing:
Asylum will be provided by the CTU shipyard area. We will use the gym area where there are tatami mats for the night. I recommend bringing mats and sleeping bags with you. Probably part of the students will use the option of commuting home (it is possible).
The area is equipped with shared toilets, bathrooms (showers), clubhouse and sauna.

Method of transport:
The place is easily accessible by public transport from Smíchovské nádraží, from where a bus departs. 129, 172, 241 and 244 to the stop "Malá Chuchle" (second stop). Another way of transportation is to come by car, parking is possible in the parking lot inside the shipyard area.

What to bring:
Please bring weapons, especially with regard to the topics of the training, i.e. bō, yari, bokken, tantō, shurikens, etc. Also, take clothes for training in natural conditions in any weather.

I RECOMMEND reading the posts on the event for this event on Facebook, news and important information will be added there!

That's probably all the important information about our event. I hope that we will get together as much as possible and we will once again devote ourselves to the practice of traditional martial arts. If you have any questions please let me know.

This event is, as always, open to all levels of students, including complete beginners!
