This is an international grouping. Nick Wardle and the piano and the thrombone are played by Alex Elwood. From Vienna comes Zuzka Vaneková (guitar, flute, singing) and Kevin Meszáros (thrombone, singing), although they have the roots in Slovakia. Banja and saxophone have been taken by Tomáš Kele and Laco Fábry, who have been playing this genre since the middle of the last century. There is no need to add more to this. The basis of rhythms is the drummer Martin “Davy” István and double bass player Peter Konečný. At the same time, to the pleasure of the vast majority of the listeners, the essential part of the repertoire overxed the Slovak.
