About event
🎥 Kino Art comes to life with experimental sound! 🎧
If you like movies, music and experiments, then you have a unique chance to experience it all in one. Kino Art will transform its hall into a sound laboratory thanks to the Czech premiere of the documentary No Ideas But in Things by the composer and visionary Alvin Lucier. And that's not all! His famous composition I Am Sitting in a Room will be performed live here, where you will hear how an ordinary voice turns into an acoustic symphony that fills the cinema space. 🎙✨
For those who don't know Lucier: he is a genius who showed that sound itself can be a musical instrument. His work teaches us that even in silence there is music. If you've ever wanted to hear music in its purest form, today is the day.
Come with an open mind and let yourself be carried away by a world where sound creates miracles. The exposure of new music will sound Kino Art completely differently than you are used to. 🎬🎶
