About event
The Hlohovec Municipal Cultural Center and the Bratislava Theater Institute invite all theater lovers to the 15th year of the event 🌙 THEATER NIGHT 🎭
The entire program will take place in the oldest theater building in Slovakia, the Empire Theatre. We believe that we will please both young and old visitors.

When subjects who have nothing to do meet, it always somehow ends in gossip. Sometimes they are based on fiction and sometimes on real events, as it is with our rumors and legends. This group of subjects will tell you interesting stories from Slovak history, which they may or may not have experienced firsthand. It's up to you, what and who you will believe and whether it really happened.

Pietro Travaglia was a builder, sculptor and painter of Italian origin , who built a private empire theater for Count Jozef Erdödy in the grounds of the castle park. The Empire Theater in Hlohovec is today the oldest theater building in Slovakia, which was ceremonially opened in 1802. This theatrical tour of the theater will be full of facts, history, but also humor and entertainment, presented by the builder Pietro Travaglia himself (actor Tomáš Kramár).

Get comfortable and get ready to meet new people , who are an incredible inspiration in their field. This is exactly what the talk show called Na slovíčko s Kramár is. It was created during the pandemic, when the moderator Tomáš online confessed his fellow actors from the Z malé Rím theater via social networks. However, he had no idea that the talk show would reach beyond social networks and even onto theater boards that mean the world - to the Empire Theater in Hlohovec. another dream in which he confesses and introduces interesting guests from Hlohovec and the surrounding area. We believe that thanks to this project, successful and talented people will become known to the general public and, thanks to a pinch of humor, they will enjoy their time in the "hot seat". (we will publish the names of the talk show guests soon)
