Theater Night is coming to Martin: the 15th year of the event will bring a program for children and adult visitors.
The city of Martin and Theater Night belong together. Discover, experience and engage in cultural events. The fifteenth year of the project, which will connect theaters all over Europe on Saturday, November 16, attracts the people of Martin, but also the visitors of the Turiec region with the motto "To the touch".
Night of Theaters is a European event presenting theater in a creative way in an unconventional span. Theaters, cultural centers and art spaces open their doors and backstage during the evening and night hours in order to present a theater program in a different way than during weekdays.
In Slovakia, the coordinator of the event is the Theater Institute in Bratislava, in the city Martin covers the METRO Civic Association program in cooperation with the Slovak Chamber Theater and other partners.
In addition to the program, visitors to the city can also take walks through the city, which capture theater history from the earliest times to the establishment of the Slovak Republic in 1993. The fifteenth year of Theater Nights brings a rich program to Martin on Saturday afternoon until late at night.
