About event
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, we will once again draw attention to the acute problem of growing poverty in Slovakia with a mass sleepover in the open air.
For one night, exchange the comfort of your home for a frosty night outside under the Rondlo at Stanici. We will spend it in the same way as thousands of homeless people in Slovakia, whom the state forgets about.
🟡The event will include a thematic discussion at 7:00 p.m. and a film screening at 8:30 p.m.
🟡You don't have to register in advance for the night out, but we'd be happy to send an email to [email protected] that you're going. We will take care of security, access to toilets throughout the night and a little something to eat in the morning.
❗There are more than 70,000 homeless people living in Slovakia, another approximately 890,000 people live on the verge of poverty or social exclusion. Deepening poverty is a serious problem that must be solved with systemic measures!
Night out is an awareness-mobilization event of OZ Vagus, the aim of which is to draw attention to the deteriorating situation of homeless people and people living in various forms of extreme poverty and the absence of systemic solutions to the issue of extreme poverty and homelessness.
