Kata Apró Yoga Teaching Women's Yoga Clock Lokart 3.0 My Body, My Castle Exhibition
Female Yoga is a combination of the female body and soul, and the restoration of female health with the combination of classic hatha yoga and modern intimate gymnastics. Light, flowing practice, close to the ground. It gives strength and self-confidence without compulsion.
Women's yoga I don't go to you, I don't improve the gesture, I leave in your own feelings to really be able to connect with yourself. I'll take you with a supportive presence on your own way.
Lokart 3.0 My body, my castle exhibition itself is a journey itself: with stories that showcase acceptance and universal female existence - so because of the peculiarity of space, we are different.
