Marriage Norwegians and Torvald Helmer seems to be almost an advertisement for a happy life. While Torvald is rising on the career ladder, Nora remains a devoted wife. But even in innocent coexistence, there are dark secrets. Norin's recent minor fraud committed to her husband's rescue, and she suddenly sees her whole life in a completely different perspective.
NoΕina's final decision to leave her husband and children exposes the complexity of female emancipation and the issue of marital coexistence as such.
Jan NebeskΓ½, a master of Ibsen's games, known for his original view of the essence of drama and a sense of detail, leads us to the heart of these characters with respect and understanding.
Tereza DoΔkalovΓ‘, for the role of Norwegians won the Thalia Award 2017 for extraordinary acting.
The production recently celebrated 100.
