About event
Nordic Walking Technology course in Petržalka - under the leadership of the certified instructor of the Slovak Association Nordic Walking Stanky. We will lend the drumsticks in the price of the course.
✅ Where: Lesík at the racetrack (Haanova 1, Petržalka)
✅ We will introduce you in the technique of this popular sports physical activity. The course is distributed into several parts and is primarily about technology, not about performance, ie its time length - three hours - is manageable for everyone. We stop, explain and relax, if necessary.
