Nordic Walking SENIORI

Senior 2 -hour - course of technology Nordic walking. For seniors over 62 years of age, who will prefer a 2-hour course over three hours for their physical condition. We will go on the course at a slower pace, we will go through the technique of movement from and to Z, we will enjoy nature and active movement.
