ZDS from Detanavia Trnava offers you short Nordwalking's hiking connected with warm -up and stretching with p. @Ing. Vladka Planková. We will meet in a stone mill near Koliba and with the professional accompaniment of the instructor, we will go with a walk on a beautiful medical walk around the local ponds. You only need to take good shoes, drinking water and if you have walking drumsticks (they can also be trekking).
