About event
*This event is held at Yoga Refuge Northwest*
210 NW 17th Ave. Portland, Oregon 97209
Immerse yourself in deep, healing sounds of 7 Crystal Bowls spanning the chakras, complemented by other sound healing instruments. This sound healing experience will bring you on a journey that supports your physical and emotional well-being. We will begin with a brief meditation followed by an extended Crystal Bowl Sound Bath.
Laura always sets up an altar so feel free to bring an item to place on it to honor someone/something, infuse with good energy or set an intention.
Offered on a sliding scale $30-$45
