About event
The French band Nouvelle Vague returns to Prague as part of concerts for the 20 -year anniversary. At the annual concerts there will be proven hits and songs from the newly released album "Should I Stay or Should I Go" (2024).
---------------------------------------------- Postpunk's compositions of the so -called "New Wave" - "New Waves" or if the French "Nouvelle Vague". With acoustic guitars, percussion, velvety voices and arrangements in the Boss-Nova style, post-punk songs shifted to another level, deconstructed the term "cover Band" and in a very short time they became a world phenomenon. Just 20 years ago, the debut album Nouvelle Vague was released, which contains such hits as Love Will Tear US Apart, Just Can´t Get Enough or Too Drunk to Fuck. (Tropicana, Reserved, Vicks, Dove, T-Mobile…) Sloan, Marine Quemereelodie Frégé, Sophie delila, Marina Celeste, Karina Zeviani, Silia, Eloisia, Anais Croze, Camille Dalmais…). The show that is not forgotten.
The main role will be the singers Shanice Sloan and Marine Quemere. But you can also look forward to Mélanie Pain and Pheobe Kildeer, which will perform at the beginning of the evening with his joint music project Kill The Pain. Concerts of beginning European artists. The Liveurope project is co -financed by the European Union program Creative Europe
