For the first time since Radim Hladík's death, the last line-up of Blue Effect will play together with singer Honza Křížek.

After eight years since the death of guitarist Radim Hladík, musicians from the last band will meet on stage for the first time line-up of his band Blue Effect. For the Radim Hladík Tribute project, which, in addition to Hladík's family, is supported by bassist Wojjtech Říha and drummer Vašek Zima, on December 22 at Lucerna Music Bar the singer Honza Křížek will also join. He will thus complete the group, which since 2018 has been caring for the musician's legacy and several times a year plays essential songs of Czech rock classics such as Rosenka, Sluneční hrob or Rajky .

The concert at Lucerna Music Bar called Remembrance of Radim Hladík will open the repertoire of the band Matadors with singer Viktor Sodoma, in which Radim Hladík drew attention to himself for the first time with the British form of rhythm and blues. The Radim Hladík Tribute project will immediately follow with compositions from the Blue Effect period. It is headed by the guitarist's ex-teammate drummer Václav Zima, bassist Wojjtech Říha and singer Pavel Bohatý. They are joined by guitarists Adam Krofian from The Atavists and Roman Helcl from November 2nd. Iva Marešová, who appeared alongside Radim Hladík in the program Nová Syntéza, the frontman of the band Imodium Tomáš Fröde and the singer of the group Vanua2 Yannick Tevi will take turns behind the microphone.

This year for the first time the longtime Blue Effect singer Honza Křízek will join this line-up. "I'm really looking forward to a joint meeting with the former lineup of Blue Effect. It will be a great honor for me to participate in this concert, to pay tribute to Radim and Zlata Hladík, and to remember them and our thirteen-year collaboration," describes Honza Křížek. "We went through a very intense and important stage together, which shaped us musically and humanly and at the same time directed us towards our current musical projects. It will definitely be an exceptional evening," he adds.
