About event
How many times has an ordinary Praguer been to Wenceslas Square? At least a thousand times. How many times in passages? And what does he know about them? Does he know that not far from Wenceslas Square there is a hidden church with one of the highest ceilings in Prague? And that a short distance from OD My was an even older Jewish cemetery than the one on Josefov? Does he know the meaning of that big Kafka head over there? And does he even know that Prague is home to the only Cubist lamp in the world?
A walk from Wenceslas Square to Národní tříd will show its participants a lot of places that they might not have known existed, and if so, they need to see them in a new context.
What to look forward to: in Wenceslas Square, the National Museum, the Myšák gallery, the Lucerne passage, the pater noster, the statue of St. Wenceslas on the dead horses, the Světozor passage, the Franciscan garden, the church of Our Lady of the Snows, a cubist lamp, rondocubist buildings, the Mozarteum, Národní trída, the head of Franz Kafka and much more...
