Course certified in Prague, which consists of 2 meetings where you will receive quality information based on current knowledge. The course represents the support of breastfeeding and the relationship bond between parents and child. Sufficient information will give you more self-confidence, help you make better decisions, and strengthen you to take responsibility for your health and the health of your child. Our goal is to educate and guide women so that they can manage the period after childbirth more easily and better know how to deal with the challenges that come with the baby. The period after childbirth is unique, but also challenging in its own way.
What will you learn on the course?
- what happens after childbirth, skin-to-skin contact with the child, also on a practical level
- how to cope with menstruation; changes to come; parenting
- mental and physical health of women, care of woman and baby, father's role
- newborn care, practical tips
- breastfeeding and the first days after birth, newborn sleep, practical position training, which you will achieve the best fit
+ you will receive materials in written form such as practical tips, a list of useful contacts and links to information.
