About event
November will be marked by career. Every Friday at 10:00 a.m. we will meet in Minerva for workshops, which will always focus on a different topic.
CAREER HACKS. Vol. 1 - FUTURE OF WORK - What do you need to know about the labor market? (11/7 at 10:00 - 11:30)
We will focus on current trends in the labor market - AI, automation, sustainability and green industries, hard & soft skills of the 21st century. We'll talk more about how to prepare for them and use them to your advantage.
CAREER HACKS. Vol. 2 - SELF-MARKETING – CV that passes through the AI filter (14.11 at 10:00 - 11:30)
In a week we will redirect our attention to self-marketing and creating a strong personal brand. We will devote ourselves to writing a high-quality and original CV and motivation letter, and we will not forget about an engaging LinkedIn profile.
CAREER HACKS. Vol. 3 - CAREER LAUNCH – How to find a job / launch a start-up? (21.11 at 10:00 - 11:30)
The third workshop will focus on specific steps for applying on the labor market. How to look for internship or job opportunities? What job portals and useful websites to follow? We will also talk about alternative employment - the possibility of launching your own start-up.
WORKSHOP WITH TEACH: First job - more than just salary and experience (November 28 at 9:00 - 10:30)
Our partner Teach will close the series with an interactive workshop, where you will learn what your first work experience can give you - even if it may not be exactly what you dreamed of. The workshop is primarily for students of (final) years, recent graduates and all those who will soon enter the working world.
P.S. - You can participate in any number of workshops according to your interest - one, three or all. Registration is mandatory and takes place here: https://portal.ccvapp.upjs.sk/activity/aktitivity-studenti.
