Novembrový Burzoblšák #87

We invite all fans of secondhand fashion to November Burzoblšák #87 at Drieňová 16, which will traditionally take place on the first Saturday, November 2, 2024, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

At Burzoblšák, you will find not only clothes but also handmade products, records, books, paintings, antiques and more. Sweet and salty snacks, excellent lemonades, syrups, jams, the best coffee and much more will await you in the refreshment area.

You will be able to sit in the relaxation zone and, traditionally, your children will be entertained by the Artlandia agency with creative workshops and face painting.

►►► WHAT IS BURZOBLŠÁK
Burzoblšák is a community event that aims to recycle and reuse old and unused clothing. We are concerned with creating a tradition of a city market with a program, supporting emerging handmade producers, meeting and actively using the free time of local residents in Ružinov. Sellers can donate clothes and other things to children's homes, homeless people, women in need or dog shelters in Bratislava, to which they will be taken after Burzoblšák has been killed. Burzoblšák also supports projects aimed at supporting and helping people in need in Bratislava, as well as animal shelters. burzoblsak

The number of places is limited and it is necessary to reserve a place in advance by filling out the APPLICATION at www. burzoblsak.sk/registracia

Please do not send us more than one e-mail. The more emails you send, the higher you will get in the ranking and the longer you will have to wait for a response. We reply in the order in which the emails arrive, so don't worry, we'll reply as soon as you get the advice. In the event that these are the last places and we are forced to wait for payment from the sellers, we reserve the right to respond even later than within 5 days.

►►► BURZOBLŠÁK RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. The organizer is not responsible for the quality of goods and services provided on Burzoblšák, nor does it give any guarantees for goods and services.
2. The goods for sale must be clean and harmless.
3. The following may not be sold on Burzoblšák:
a) weapons and ammunition,
b) explosives and pyrotechnic products,
c) printing and other things that pose a threat morality,
d) tobacco and tobacco products,
e) spirits, distillates and consumer packaged alcoholic beverages
f) genetically modified foods,
g) poisons, narcotic and psychotropic substances,
h) medicines,
j) protected animal species and dangerous animals,
k) protected plants,
l) live animals
4. The organizer is not responsible for sellers who they will sell food products.
5. By signing the contract, the seller confirms that he has the necessary permits to sell food products.
6. The selling entity that sells food, vegetables and fruit must have a health certificate
7. The seller:
a) is responsible for the safety and quality of the food sold,
b) is obliged to ensure the hygiene of the sale according to a special regulation , in particular to perform continuous cleaning, cleaning of all equipment used in sales, disinfection, and, if necessary, disinsection and deratization according to generally binding legal regulations,
c) is obliged to ensure the marking, separate location and sale of food for a different purpose than the original and to clearly mark such sales,
d) he is obliged to wrap unpackaged foods, if their nature requires it, in functionally suitable and health-friendly packaging material and to use clean aids and tools when handling them,
e) he must not change , remove and cover the data indicated by the operator of the food business on the consumer packaging,
f) is obliged to ensure the hygienic sale of unpackaged bakery products by means of technical means and technical equipment,
g) may not jointly sell incompatible types of products that mutually affect safety and food quality,
h) may not sell food after the expiration date and the date of minimum durability,
i) is obliged to place food intended for special nutritional purposes and new food and genetically modified food on the market only packaged,
j) is obliged, due to the nature of the food, to appropriately shorten the date of minimum shelf life or the date of consumption indicated on the packaging of the food, if it has been unpacked for the purpose of selling individual parts, and to establish the conditions for their further preservation in such a way that the quality and safety of the food does not deteriorate,< br/>k) is obliged to ensure that a document of the origin of the goods is available when selling and transporting food,
l) is obliged to ensure that when the food is offered for sale and sold, the stated nutritional claim and the stated nutritional value are placed on a notice board at in a visible place near the displayed food, if it is no longer indicated on the packaging by the operator of the food business,
m) is obliged to store food and raw materials at the temperatures declared by the operator of the food business,
n) is obliged to cut food or food sold to mark by weight with information about their composition and expiration date on a notice board in a visible place near the displayed food; this obligation does not apply to packaged food in production, fresh fruit and vegetables,
o) he must not sell them in places where the sale is prohibited according to a special regulation, p) he is obliged to sell food whose shelf life is more than 4 days and the time remaining until their use-by date is less than 24 hours, place such products separately and/or mark such products with information for the consumer about the approaching end of the use-by date,
q) it is obligatory for food unsuitable for human consumption or dangerous and objects intended for contact with food that endangers the health safety of food, dispose of it in the facility in accordance with a special regulation at your own expense.
8. Food products must be properly hygienically packed and clean.
9. Each seller is assigned one place designated by the organizer of the event, which he is obliged to respect.
10.The seller is obliged to respect the rules and conditions of Burzoblšák.
11.By sending the registration form, the seller agrees to receive Burzoblšák newsletters to your respective e-mail addresses. Personal data and e-mails will not be provided to third parties.
12.The organizer is not responsible for any losses or thefts on Burzoblšák.
13.The organizer is not responsible for losses on the sellers' profit.
14.The seller grants consent to the organizer to make video, audio and audio-visual recordings of the seller, his sales place, services and goods. The seller also gives consent to the use of these recordings for the media and promotion of Burzoblšák by the organizers.
15. The sellers are responsible for damages caused to the rented accessories (table, supporting table legs, chairs, banner). Sellers are obliged to return the rented accessories to the condition in which they rented them. In case of damage, sellers are obliged to pay the organizer €15.00 for the damaged table or €10.00 for the banner as compensation for the damage. The organizer can unilaterally use the financial compensation for damage to cover the costs of repair or the purchase of new accessories.
16. In the event of non-participation of the seller, the organizer reserves the right to use the paid contribution for the selling point for the development of the event without the possibility of returning the contribution to the seller.
17. The organizers of Burzoblšák are not responsible for vehicle owners who violate traffic regulations and signs.
18. The organizers of Burzoblšák are not responsible for vendors' tents and tables during the event. The seller is obliged to have the table and/or tent secure and firmly attached and anchored so that it does not endanger the health, safety and property of all participants of the Burzoblšák event. In case of property damage or personal injury, the seller and thus the owner and/or renter of the stand and/or table bear full material responsibility.

►►► INTERNAL RULES OF THE SCHOOL AND AREA:
1. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the school grounds. Please use the area outside the school grounds for smoking.
2. Dogs are prohibited due to internal school rules and Slovak law
