About event
I invite you on the journey of getting to know your inner dancer.
When you were little, you knew her and allowed her to dance freely. Later, you may have started comparing yourself to other girls, and your Inner Dancer receded into the background, along with a part of your liveliness, creativity, self-expression and joy. Allow her to come to the surface again in the loving environment of the women's circle, take her to life again. Allow yourself to live the fullness of a woman, the fullness of life within you.
Stir what has been repressed, stir all that has been frozen. Let the pain leave the body, let life flow again. Allow yourself to trust your body again.
This journey contains some challenges and a few moments outside the comfort zone, but you will also experience a lot of fun, laughter and trust in the female sisterhood.
In the end, you will be confident in yourself, that you dance beautifully and that you can express anything with dance. Your self-confidence will increase and you will feel better:-)
I will gladly accompany you through this process.
Tina
