O chanuce s Pavlínou Šulcovou

The director of the Memorial of Silence will introduce the history, traditions and customs associated with Hanukkah celebrations in a fun way, and she will also present the new book Talmud do kapsa. In it, Pavlína Šulcová and Kakalík retold twenty rabbinical stories from the Talmud - a book that was created in the first centuries of our era to record the intellectual, legal and ethical tradition of the Jewish people - in an entertaining way. Renowned mystics, wise and sometimes a little crazy rabbis and their students parade here to explain how things really are in this world. Or doesn't he…? Participants will listen to and maybe even learn a few Hanukkah songs.
