About event

Three theater shorts. Three stories that do not intersect but are intertwined with similar themes and challenges. How each person around us struggles with some problem that we are unaware of, because each of us has a brain life that no one has full access to.
There is an old man sucking on cookies in the last carriage of the train. You need to talk to quiet the voices in your head. He is a young old man with a face without wrinkles. A tired young man. He carries a bag of flowers in his hand. In the rush of the station, among people who barely have time to notice each other, there was someone who stood out in the crowd. Someone who wants to listen to you.
There is a mother who repeats meaningless words. There's a stubborn boss and an employee fed up with rowing alone.
Three short films about the impact we can have on each other and the choices we can make in a better direction and closer to good.

Actors direction: Bruno Schiappa
Scene direction: Maya de Albuquerque
Operação luz and sound: Daniela Carbone

Synopsis:
There is an old man sucking cookies in the last carriage of the train. He needs to speak to silence the voice inside his head.
He is a dirty old man, a young old man with an unlined face. A tired young man. We noticed a melancholy in his eyes. He carries a bag of flowers in his hand. He carries in his trembling voice a pain that needs to be released.
Every day there is an entry and exit of people on the trains, people who push each other, people who don't know each other and barely have time to notice each other. One day everything changed and there was someone who stood out among the crowd.
Someone who wants to listen to him.

Barbona

Authorship and direction: Marta Prieto
With: Anabela Pires and Marta Prieto
Scene direction: Maya de Albuquerque
Light and sound operation: Daniela Carbone

Synopsis:< br/>Barbona is a cry of revolt.
An inner revolt of his own that he resolved as best he could. It is a piece of a lost childhood that comes back to the surface, a shattered childhood of which the bicycle wheel is a symbol. It's a rest of himself, a rest of the afternoons with his father learning to pedal without falling. A piece of a remnant of a childhood memory that she
decided to take with her on her escape journey that she made on foot and alone. Memory is its eternal curse.

“We went to see the sea from the cliff. I pushed him and ran away”
Barbona
