We invite you to the branch -science conference with the subtitle "On the importance and role of language in education: curricular and didactic views". Its aim is to offer space for contributions focused on the meaning and role of language, respectively. Languages in curriculum and didactic contexts - their anchoring in curriculum, their role in teaching and learning processes, etc.
The language is one of the basic cultural instruments. It is a means of worldwide. It helps to mediate experience with the world and knowledge of it. For these reasons, it is essential for education. Its position is defined by the curriculum, its function activates didactics. The questioning of the importance and functions of the language in education is also updated in connection with the reforms or revisions of the curriculum and is therefore on the agenda. The language thus becomes a grateful topic of curriculum and didactic studies. The conference is organized in cooperation with the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University and the Brno branch of the Czech Pedagogical Society. The program will be continuously published on the pages of the Faculty of Education. Until 23. The length of the post should not exceed 10 minutes including the discussion.
