About event
The third year of the nationwide Civic Moot Court in cooperation with the Act Legal is again here! Designed for individuals or two students of the 2nd and higher years of all legal faculties in the Czech Republic.
And how does the competition act? Today, the application, which, can be found at the end of the document, for the rules of the competition (link below). In case of interest, send the completed application form to the e-mail [email protected] until February 20, 2025 11:59 CET. Then we will send you an e-mail about your acceptance.
Assignment of a written round for the registered participants will be published on February 10. 2025. The assignment serves as a basis for writing an action. The submission (actions) that suits the assignment should be sent again to the e -mail [email protected] to 2 March 2025 11:59 CET. The teams will be informed about the procedure by 17 March 2025.
For the oral round, it is necessary to prepare the defendant's defense, as the competition teams will hold both sides of the dispute. The oral wheel will take place on Wednesday 2. April 2025.
