In this experiential workshop we will focus on how emotions can give us a deeper understanding of ourselves and at the same time serve as a stimulus for possible changes. Together we will look for answers to questions that reveal the meaning of emotions in our lives: What are you experiencing? What is causing you a burden? What are your emotions trying to tell you? What do you want to experience? How do you want to feel?
Emotions are carriers of information that a person experiences something because something is happening to him/her, therefore "Emotions are neither bad nor good", they expand our horizons. Using the "Great Story of Emotions" cards, we learn that we are not defined by our emotions, but on the contrary, we can understand and manage emotions. They are the language of the soul and the key to knowledge.
