A weekend that will take you from head to body. Most of the time we go on autopilot. We think ahead, we try to say "the right thing", we control ourselves. We are very much in our heads - and even less in touch. With yourself, with others, with what is happening right now. This workshop is an invitation to the opposite movement: from the head to the body.
Applied improvisation is not about acting or being funny. It's a way to come back to the present moment. How to perceive more, control less and start reacting naturally - without pressure to perform and without the need to "think it right".
During the weekend you will gradually discover that:
* you don't have to have ready answers,
* you can rely on what is already created in the interaction,
* and that it is there that lightness, authenticity and joy arise
Through simple games, movement and improvised situations, you will return to your body, to slow down and notice what is happening between you and others. You will gradually start to see the patterns that you repeat in communication - and you will gain more freedom in how to react to them.

For whom
The workshop is suitable for complete beginners and for those who want to understand more about how they function in interaction with others - at work, in relationships and in everyday life.
You do not need any experience. Curiosity is enough.

What will you get?
16 hours of space for perception, acceptance in safety, training by an experienced improviser, coach and lecturer, founder of the improvisation group Unprepared.
coffee / tea service, coffee break salty/sweet every day.
Participants they can use the facilities of the shared kitchen to heat up their own lunch or nearby restaurants or delivery via applications. Lunch is not included in the price.
The price of CZK 3,200 is final, I am not a VAT payer. (Impro circle semester participants have a discounted price of CZK 2,800).
