I invite you to a personal facial yoga workshop for beginners at the yoga studio in Běchovice.
What will you learn?
A basic set of exercises for the face and neck, which will brighten your skin, their correct technique, and at the end we will do a simple relaxing face massage to relax after exercise.
Thanks to the basic set of exercises, you you will strengthen the neck and facial contours, soften forehead wrinkles, remove the double chin, eliminate puffiness under the eyes and soften wrinkles around the eyes.
Practicing facial yoga will keep your face firm and elastic. In addition, exercise relieves stress and improves mood.
