In a world full of images, in an experience of great speed, what holds a photograph? What stories does it reveal, what memories or legacies does it build?
Over a decade, the Observador has followed major national and international events. He interviewed the protagonists, collected statements. He went on a report to learn more about behind the scenes, exploring different perspectives, giving space and a voice.
The Observador 10 Anos exhibition is part of the anniversary celebrations and marks a trajectory and a determination: we do journalism and photo- journalism thinking about people, for people.
In this exhibition we brought together more than 80 photographs, videos, text and, of course, our radio.
The images we chose were a selection judicious, focusing on a narrative angle that reflects who we are and how we like to observe and reveal the world.
Opening: November 7th, at 6:30 pm.
