On November 28th the Astra Kulturhaus will become the Epicenter for fans of dark and nostalgic-modern sounds when the Obsidian Echoes Festival opens its doors for the first time. The first wave of bands already promises a line-up in a class of its own: Cold Cave, the icons of darkwave from the USA, bring their unmistakable sound of melancholy and synth atmosphere to the stage. Together with them, Ash Code and Soft Analog provide high-quality synthpop that revives the pulse of the 80s and at the same time seduces with a modern touch.
